Warranty Services

Velentiago has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for 12-months after the original purchase date from an authorised dealer.

If the hardware of the sunglasses has any defects from manufacturing, we will repair or replace your product free of charge. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your sunglasses through on your own. The warranty does not cover damages due to salt water exposure, exposure to extreme heat, normal wear and tear, accidental lens damages, scratches, damage, or theft.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you consider your product to be faulty, please contact our customer services team and we will be in contact as soon as possible.

How can I claim my Warranty?

If you consider your Velentiago product to be faulty and does not fall under any of the conditions above, simply fill a revocation form provided by our customer support and mail at info@velentiago.com, and our team will be in contact with you to discuss your warranty claim.

While returning the product we advice to use UPS Courier Services along with tracking as Velentiago will not be liable for any lost returned products from other couriers.

As soon as we receive the product, it will be carefully inspected by our specialised team and they will keep you informed per email to let you know whether or not the defect or damage is covered by the warranty. If so, the defect part will be either repaired or replaced and the return costs will be refunded to you.
